The HOMESTEAD Guesthouse is the first cabin that was built on the property and has an obvious Fredericksburg design.  The limestone rock is prominent on the porch, which overlooks the pond and has countryside views.  Enter the cabin through and old German etched glass door.

The living room of the Homestead Guesthouse, with its Mexican tile floors has two handsome recliners placed to enjoy the limestone wood-fireplace or watch the satellite television/DVD.  A mounted longhorn accents the high beams ceilings.  Enjoy cooking in the kitchen, which has an antique rustic cabinet and counter.  There is a stovetop, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and small refrigerator.  A unique kitchen sink is created from granite.  Enjoy visiting around the harvest table which seats six.

Inside the Homestead - Very large yet cozy rooms decorated to make you and your friends feel at home.

A large bedroom offers an elaborate queen-size bed created from wood.  Enjoy the large whirlpool tub located in the bedroom.  An armoire and various other special antiques are found in the wonderful room.  The bathroom has a large limestone shower.

The upstairs loft bedroom has two stairways – inside are very steep stairs, which are typical of the old German stairs and an outside stairway.  Upstairs has a queen-size bed and half bath.

Open floor plan allows plenty of room for large groups or just you and your pard.

A medium-sized cabin with plenty of space for you and your family to enjoy. Nice kitchenette and dining areas with a cozy living room and a rock fireplace. Unwind in the evening before you retire to the comfortable bedrooms.
