A "Must See" While in Fredericksburg

Around the time that Bierschwale Estate was built, Texas was a frontier state and many families still lived in log cabins.

Few of these cabins survive today. However Alfred's, lovingly restored on the grounds of the estate, is an original 1870s Texas oak cabin from the Czech community near West.

Sleep late and enjoy a roaring fire in the living room or relax in a romantic bubble bath in the big claw foot tub.
